Nguyen.

The Ng is pronounced as if it were the last syllable in a word like long, or dong. Followed by a we-en. Its meant to be said really fast. Its going to be hard for someone to pronounce if they don't already speak the language, which is why most vietnamese will tell you to say win or whatever rather than making it weird.
