Rock band is way better for party play
cause you have a drums, mic, 2 guitars
where as guitar hero.. you can have 2 guitars and online.

and i agree, it's a little bit unrealistic

red acts as a snare drum
but it also acts as a hi-hat when you're doing 16th note hits

the yellow
acts as a hi hat for the most part
it also acts as the snare when you're doing the 16th note hits on the red
I think it also acts as one of the toms

the blue is basically a ride cymbal for the most part and it also acts as a tom.

Now it gets a smidge wierd
the green acts primarily as a crash cymbal, but it also acts a ride cymbal for some strange reason.
and ofcourse the pedal acts always as a bass drum


My bro has a set of v-drums, so when i look for something realistic-ish (:)), I jump on those.
