Mashed potatoes!

Steam the potatoes rather than boiling them and use real cream, not milk. Lots of butter and a little salt = best potatoes ever

I use half cream, half milk. warmed up

the potatoes come out fluffier with better taste.

Also I find taste in mashed potatoes increases if you leave the skins in.
