The Rub Tonight - who's going?

just heard about this last night, but Dj Eleven is playing at Republic tonight. who's going?!! I can't wait, I still rinse the last mix I downloaded from 2006 nearly every week.

I heard there might be free passes, can anyone sort me with info on that?

there were passes circulating for a vip soiree from 9-11.
free drinks and what not.
and then eleven from midnight on.

we were planning on going but tuesday morning events have changed our plans.

ah well. you always know there will be many other opportunities to see members of the Rub in town.

^^^ really? I haven't seen them on a flyer in well over a year. Spoke to Matty tho, and he said more free passes can be found at Beatstreet. BOoom!

but quite frankly, i despise republic, and I worked there... for a day.

wow srsly disappointing. was hoping for some better tunes, and definitely less electro and more hip hop. oh well

his saturday set was all hip hop, maybe he was just trying to switch it up for people seeing him again, i dunno

everytime i've seen a member of the rub at republic it has been a huge let down.

but i guess they have to play to the 'republic' crowd as opposed to seeing them at say...library square.
