Well, I like ezekiel sprouted grain 100% organic bread, toasted-till-golden and crisp on both sides, topped with a boiled brown egg sliced thinly but with egg-shaped well-maintained and dusted with a bit of salt and pepper (easy on the salt).

haha... actually, I get my balanced eating habits from growing up in the westcoast. It's hard to carry over a healthy attitude in Toronto. Van def. has a more health-focused culture compared to T.O.. Haven't seen an organic food-store yet...! :-|

I like mine pretty plain for the most part.

First pick is sourdough toasted with dill cream cheese.
Second is blueberry toasted with just butter.
Majority of the time I just have plain on plain though.
And once in a while I'll have a bagel with Salmon locks with capers dill cream cheese and maybe avocado.
