To those of us on Macs - I figured I create a place for peeps to ask questions, suggest good programs, utils, etc. -- Especially for newbies like me.

Programs I found useful when switching from my PC to Mac:
- MacDrive - Mediafour | MacDrive
- O2M - Little Machines

So I have a question... what FTP clients are best for Mac? What BitTorrent-type clients are best for Mac?

What other programs / utils should I be looking at?

impure ... i gotta backup kam here, especially since your heros in that video are avid mac fans, if you bothered to go to the end of the clip you'll see it says they replaced their g4 700mhz with a dual core g5 and a few mac minis

they were simply having fun moron =)

Jack OS X - a Jack implementation for Mac OS X

Use it to route audio(using control) from Torq or Traktor into Ableton, sweet way to get around the rewire issues.

AppZapper to properly uninstall programs [as to dragging to trash bin]
NFOviewer for the annoying but useful NFO files
Audio Hijack [Pro] to jack samples from movies ~~sooooo useful!
