lol @ bbq sauce on steak. I just get a really nice rub and give that shit a good massage. I also made a really light sauce once for salmon skewers that was pretty good. Soy sauce, honey, ginger, rice vinegar and a bit of black pepper.

I had a mojito with apple chunks in it at Marrakech last month. SOOOOOO good.

I am really looking forward to grilled tuna steaks, topped with a diced avacado and grapefruit salsa-type-thing and chilli pepper vinigarette.

Last week I BBQ'd spinach-artichoke burgers.....chicken patties made with garlic and fresh spinach in them, topped with provolone cheese, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers. mmmmmmmm.

I miss having a grill on the regular.

I'm a big fan of Rib Eyes with some Kosher salt, Pepper and a brushing of EVO.

I also make a great Ahi with a soy/sesame glaze, you've got to keep an eye on those as anything past rare is just a waste.

As far as veggies, I like to do a mixed grill of them in a grilling basket, I've got a great balsamic dressing that I make which a marinade them in first.
