this shit is kind of interesting because when InBev annouced their intentions it became a political issue in the states.


i guess canadians aren't the only people that associate national identity with beer.

Ya, it's pretty crazy. Im not sure if they still do, but labatts used to own 80+% of the bluejays and actually owned the argonauts, and a big chunk of the discovery channel.

took me a while to aquire the taste.

heineken is not overrated. its just not suited to your taste.

lately ive developed a keen taste for oakanagen spring pale ale pretty much polar opposite of heineken.

i like alot of beers similar to heine its very much suited to my taste i just dont think its as good as people say it is. i dont mind it however. i mean, im still known to buy a ludicrous amount of heineken minikegs.

oo yea i love the okanagan stuff. especially their bavaria 1516. omfg that brew is a masterpiece.

Okanagan Springs Pale Ale is awesome.

Heineken is okay... before I move to the toolies I was drinking a lot of Hoegaarden. Love that stuff, get the big swimming pool of a glass for it.
