but i went ahead and orders the 4pair trial pack. and a box of contacts. in lu of mine breaking over the weekend :(

anyways if anyone has tried, is it really as simple as it appears to be?

get laser eye surgery, it's pretty cheap now-a-days. 2 grand later and you'll never look back.

I'm with Dalyn on that too. Laser eye surgery is creepy. Plus my glasses are part of my face. I couldn't part with them.

I have contacts for dressing up sometimes or wearing cheap sunglasses, but I only wear them once a month or so.

usually these places just buy contacts wholesale in asia and then ship them here, reselling at much under canadian prices.

nothing wrong with them i would think.

also laser eye surgery is sketchy as shit reading some of the stories of people who had it done 5-10 years ago and how its worked out for them long term. i dont like seeing halos and i enjoy being able to navigate things in the dark.

^^^....yeah i got 30 dailys for 19.99.....and glasses, i duno how much those are going to be yet, but not over 150 i think.

i hate swimming and not being able to see. i hate waking up blind and having to find my glasses. i hate losing my glasses in the lake and being blind from whistler to vancouver.
I plan on getting laser and just wearing glasses with no prescription :)

Everyone I've talked to who's had laser eye surgery has spoken nothing but good things. I couldn't see more then 3 feet in front of me. It's been in the top 3 most liberating moments of my life.

$150 is hella expensive. Order from here: Discount Eyeglasses online – Prescription eyeglasses & Prescription Sunglasses, Reading glasses. I got my latest pair from there, and it's the exact same frames and brands you'd find anywhere else for a tenth of what you'd pay in a store.

In no particular order, it's actually in my top 4.

Being drug free, being able to walk away from that whole shitshow of a life, knowing nothing will ever be as bad as it was then, that I can accomplish anything.

Buying and owning my own vehicles.

Having the first healthy, symbiotic, loving relationship and the whole process it's taken to get it. It hasn't been easy or perfect, but it works.

Keep in mind that Clearly Contacts has an odd way of ordering them, there have been a ton of cases where you can easily accidentally order a pair.

Because it doesn't ask for credit card information, there is one less step then most places. This leads to a lot of accidental orders, that they invoice you with.

Not a huge problem, I prefer not using my credit card online.

I dont know where youre going to get Highend, name brand glasses for 150 Dalyn.


My chanels alone, for frames were over 300 bucks and that was on ebay. Then you have to factor in lense cost.

fyi. sure you can get designer glasses for $150 and less from places like outlets. nordstrom rack etc.
however..
they are usually several seasons old. and the left overs.

why not save an extra few months and buy something you like.

i just had this conversation with someone from work. i wear them everyday and i got them Jan '07.

if you lose or break them often. or like to change styles. buy cheapies!
