YEAH I was in aldergrove, and the cable went out all night.

I was lucky at my house. Like, every area surrounding mine had the power out almost. So many areas so close were out, but ours never went out.

But then again, about two weeks ago a tranformer blew and our power was out for over 8 hours on a saturday.

either way that sucks, but at least it was AFTER dinner so the turkey and everything didn't get ruined..

my aunt's power went out as we were eating christmas dinner..we busted out the candles and it was all good

Our power stayed on, but im not to far from the powerstation on the same grid I think cause our power never goes out. Friends who live up the hill have power outages more frequently and when there power is out ours isnt >shrug<

BUT cable was out for like 4 hours and so was my internet! So it was either sit and talk with the family up stairs or watch CBC. Hard choice let me tell u!

Yeah I wuz at my grandma's 4 Christmas dinner and rite after we had finished doing the dishes the power went out. It wuz good timing 4 us. But yeah it sucked!! :(
