No Caffiene
So I haven't had any coffee for 4 days and I feel great!
My anxiety has gone down a great deal and I can actually sleep at night! To anyone having anxiety issues I would reccomend you cut this stuff out! I may still drink it here and there when I'm super tired but this is obviously what my biggest problem was! |

LOL, sorry, but I just thought it was obvious. I rarely have coffee and there are so many reasons why you should try other alternatives such as Tea, proper sleep, and exercise. What surprises or scares me so much is how you noticed such a big difference after only 4 days. How much coffee where you drinking???

Wow. Good for all of you. How the hell did you even begin?
I have no idea where to begin with cutting out caffeine. I have tried many times before, my last attempt was when I was doing Dr. Joshi's detox diet (all organic and no caffeine), and it only lasted a week. The WHOLE WEEK, I was cranky, bitchy, headachy and wanted coffee badly. I'm pretty good with my health, I eat well and exercise and strength train daily, but the one addiction I have NOT been able to break is my need for coffee. I would love to be able to cut out my dependence on caffeine, but I have no idea how to go through it, considering my last attempt was a painful and unsuccessful one. I got baaddd headaches. I know I should stop because it's come to the point where my nerves are twitching for no reason even on days that I've had 8 full hours of sleep. Where/HOW do you guys start/get through it? |

^ Yoko, I just decided...Like i get severe headaches when I dont drink coffee and it sucks but the benefit of stopping totally outweights the negative! I am a really stressed out and anxious person when i'm not stoned (Lol) and it sucks so to me the headaches are worth the calm serenity....and I hear the headaches go away after aawhile! I've just been drinking lots of water as a substitute
and sleep......try to get 8 hours of sleep a night- even if it means going to bed super early!! |

I've never been into coffee. I get a really bad headache about three hours after drinking a cup. I did, however, suffer from a pretty nasty 2-3 redbull a day addiction last year. But yeah, I try to limit my caffein intake. It just makes me feel gross.
