If your using a CRT monitor, degauss it (it'll be in the OSD menu on the monitor itself) and/or adjust the refresh rate (higher is better).

my fan at work makes mine shake hahaha. check ur connection as well some times unplugging it and plugging it back in will work (if u dont have cells or what ever going off around it)
