Who can honestly say they have reached their 10 in life? I don't know a lot of people who can, and I don't mean that in a bad way. The key here is the word 'settling'. You should always try your best to pursue and obtain the best you possibly can for yourself at that point in time, given the circumstances surrounding you.
Being in a job that doesn't make you totally happy all the time can happen, but never settle. Always work towards whatever your ideal is, if that means getting training, promoted, etc. And if you feel like you're with someone who isn't perfect for you at that point in time, I think it's really shitty to think of your partner as 'settling for a 9' and can probably build resentment. If you really feel like someone you're with isn't the best for you right then and there, do both of you a favor and move on! oh, and I liked Grapes ideas too. cheddaaaa |

You should be busy expanding what your idea of a 10 is
When I was 5 years old, eating fun dip and swinging a he-man sword was a 10. I've grown up and learned a lot about life and responsibility since then. I would rate it a solid 8-8.5 today, depending on flavour of fun dip. |
