Considering that there's little to no aid to certain parts of Haiti, I'd be busting caps as well for my very own survival. There are CBC news reporters that were doing live broadcasts where locals were going up to them asking if they needed anything. So if people are getting a little desperate down there, much more of the opposite of that is true.
