There's way too many of these Free classified sites on the internet these days.

Why would I use this site for my classifieds, versus Craigslist/kajiji which both already have a huge number of users?

Why would I use this site of dinehere.ca which already has every restaurant in the city reviewed?

Because this is local. This is based outta Victoria. It's not corporately run. It's made by a few people here and there who just wanted a shot at something. And yeah, it has similarities, but so does EVERY OTHER SITE on the internet.

Dinehere.ca is based out of Vancouver, and neither Criagslist or dine here are corporately run. They may be similar to other sites, but correct me if I'm wrong, isn't your site just copying the classifieds from other popular sites and posting them as your own?

Thing is, FNK gets a lot of spambots who just create a new account, and then throw GET BEST DEALS HEAR!!!one posts all over the board.

Frankly I don't see anything going wrong here, except that maybe the OP should have engaged a little bit more around the forum prior to posting her blatant promo, lest she be mistaken for a spammer.

I don't really see much of a problem with it either, except that maybe it should be in the promo or for-sale forum.
