Gawd. Do I EVER know that ferry.
I had to take that ferry across to maple ditch to visit a stupid ex boyfriend when we were going out. I'd have to bus out from aldy to langley, langley to a bus stop in fort langley, then I'd walk 30 minutes or more from the bus stop to the albion ferry. Go across it, then walk all the way up to town (unless my carless ex-boyfriend could mooch a ride from one of his friends to go and pick me up). BOOO! That was time poorly wasted! It was so not worth it. Stupid albion ferry. |

there is always a nasty line up during the day at that ferry. There is some talk about building a bridge from 200th st.(MR) to 200th st.(LNG) that would be nice. They wanna make it a toll bridge, but if i dont have to wait for the damb ferry i dont care paying a few bucks.

I used to live in Langley myself and when I was taking my OFA Level III first aid training in Maple Ridge, I took that ferry every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. That was like 4-5 years ago though so I assume it must be 10x as busy now.
