if you just hold up a pair of mens underwear they don't have any room for the PENIS AND BALLS.

when they are put on and there is PENIS AND BALLS in the underwear, the front flaps expand to whatever size the guy needs.

Girls underwear doesn't need that because there is nothing there to store.

and jovi.. when I make adjustments to the pattern I make.. it will be just to chop off and inch from the top where the waistband will be sewed after so they are like "hipsters" and a little more girly. They'll look like the ones they sell in the stores for girls, and I'll probably sew up the opening too, but it will still be there for aesthetic reasons.
