Only here in America could the state come up with something as weird and dumb as this. I bet this law was made by some old lady bitch who lets her leg hair grow and wears diapers. And she's dumb enough to think someone selling drugs on the street will buy those stamps. Maybe she's just trying to attract attention but no one cares about that backwards ass hillbillie state anyway.
