Seeing as how this is a german link, I don't think that this is a left hand drive car, so the seat dangling out of the car probably isn't the drivers side door.

^^ no, not nessesarilly, as there seems to be alot of rear end damage. I speculate he got rear ended by another SUV or truck or something that would have alot of momentum, and got plowed into that tree

One... if it's a german pic... that means they were on the AutoBaughn... which means there is no speed limit.

Two... that is not funny cause they are dead... no doubt about it!

Three... I've seen worse. I've seen a porche completely obliterated into about 4 big sections and probably 5000 extra pieces. Plus the bodies on the ground looked worse than the car.
