That's your avatar.. if you want one just go under "user cp" then under "Edit Options"

scroll down to the very bottom and you'll see a thing for avatars...
just click on there adn choose which ever you want. quite simple once you're there.

and just so you know.. the amount of avatars available to you varies with your amount of posts..so once it gets higher you can check back for more avatars..
