I don't really care how much it cost... Just something that will last a very long time. I had the Vestax PMC170a for about 4 years and I replace the faders about two times. I am fed up of replacing the faders so I wanna buy a new mixer. I guess I will spend up to $2000 U.S. Is that good enuf for U. I need three channel or more cuz I sometimes add my computer or my cdj in with my mixes.

if money is no object the 6 channel allen& heath for sure!!!
The Pioneer DJM600 is a classic tho. i've never played on a Rane mixer b4 so i have no idea waht its like. I just bought the Vestax-275 and i'm likeing it. ( they put better cross/ channel faders in this model then the 170s and 270s, which suposedly last alot longer ). But that mixer is under 1000$ so it might not be in your ballpark. If I were you I'd look at the Allen& Heath mixer:y: |

Depends what enivronment this is going into.
The 600 is solid. Allen and Heath is great for recording studio's - quality is high and the effects/options are crazy. Rane is another high end model typically found in clubs. My recommendation is the Pioneer though. Peace. |

I'm sporting the X-9 and so far it's one of the slickest mixers i've played on period. Aside from being 4 channels it also allows dual sampling and dual effects. The quality is excellent and the functionality pushes this mixer above some of it's competitors.
