New Linkin Park Cd (Meteora)

I went and bought the new Linkin Park cd Meteora released tuesday March 25.

Now im already a Linkin Park fan so im trying not to be biased but ill give a Band I like a bad review if I think its warrented.

I payed 16 bux for the cd before taxes so pretty cheap and it came in a nice fold out cd case with a thick booklet of lyrics and artwork. The cd is an enhanced cd that plays in all cdroms and has some sweet extras like the "Somewhere I belong Video" and a 10 minute short movie plus other stuff.

I gotta say I really liked the cd. Its pretty much the same type of music Linkin Park does. Hate it when bands I like go off and try to experiment with new things that end up sounding like shit.

I recomend the cd to any Linkin Park fans and even to people who havnt really listened to Linkin Park before its not as "Hard" as previous albums. Not as much screaming this time around wich I really enjoyed.

Oh you mean their new cd "Hybrid Theory pt. 2"??

I think it sounds too much like the first album.... the least they could have done was come up with original songs... they just banked on their past success and released a copycat album.

Don't get me wrong, I like Linkin Park but they're riding the same old horse they were two years ago. Something a bit different couldn't hurt.

I got that cd i really like it even though i was never really i linkin park fan.
And i really like the album cover art, that sheeyat is fresh.
