... Still haven't had one.
It doesn't really bother me either. I was outside w/ a few people who were smoking today and I didn't care (several times). The funny thing about all this is that I wasn't planning on quitin' either. I've tried setting dates in the past but that never worked out. Yo Neil, add me 2 your msn (if you have one) [email protected]. I'm not really online that much anymore but sKooL will be over soon, then I'll be back 2 nerdin' it up on tha net. ~Peace~ Last edited by EzTone; Apr 10, 03 at 01:18 AM. |

if things are getting hard, find something to transfer your addiction to.
like chewing gum or something. mental addiction doesn't ever go away, it just tranfers itself between various things... and if you manage to get it reattached to something else, instead of denying it cigarettes, then you'll make it a whole lot easier for yourself. Hell, my grandpa quit smoking about 10 years ago... cold turkey. He just started chewing gum again, and never touched a cigarette since. Even can do it, and he's old, stubborn AND dutch. : so don'/t listen to ms baby phunphun here... you can get off it for good. Sure maybe you'll slip up, but if you keep your mind on quitting (or rather into a different harmless habit) then you'll totally make it. |
