^^Super yum...But I think I'm going to use firm or extra-firm tofu next time...The Medium-firm broke up too much. And I'm going to marinate the tofu over night. :)

hehehe... i've TRIED to like it... REALLY! I just can't do it though. Ah well.... but yes, homemade food is always the best. My spaghetti sauce is legendary!!!! Mmmmm.... spaghetti....
