my heart attack started when the puck dropped to start the 3rd. it was pretty obvious that a 4-1 lead wouldn't secure a win for the canucks. especially with the way they're taking penalties in this series...
it just seemed like friday night all over again. i don't know what the fuck they'd do without cloutier.
one thing i think st. louis is doing a good job of is controlling their players, and i think that's what game 7's going to come down to. the canucks have taken so many penalties because of their testosterone. like bert gets hit by whoever, and he'll hunt the fucker down, take his head off, and wind up in the box, setting up an easy powerplay goal for the blues. i think crawford's focus is going to be disciplining his players, and telling them to swallow it for the next game.
and they really should take sopel off the point in their powerplays. he's let 3 passes slip by him and over the line in the past 2 nights. unacceptable. and tell him to get a haircut, hippy.
