I have been to a bunch of them.

I'm usually not invited until later anymore because by the time I finish buying my round of drinks for the groom-to-be he is in no shape to continue for the night.

IMO, stagettes are way more fun than stag parties.

Been to one...but it was a lame one by anyone's standards...more of a get together that got given the distinction of being a stag by virtue of its proximity to the wedding date...
