Insomnia
It's 8:00am and im still awake... every day im up till like 6-8am ... waht the fuck is wrong with me..... sometimes i try to pull an all nighter so i can be tired at like 10pm but then when i sleep at 10pm after pulling an all nighter i end up sleeping like 15-16 hours so it doesn't get me anywhere.... any suggestions?

Dude I know where you're coming from....
I got into this habit of staying up late and then I couldn't crack it... it sucked ass. I tried doing all nighters and then staying up all day to be able to go to sleep that night and it worked but then my 8 to 10 hours of sleep didn't seem to be enough. What I found did work is to go out and do something! I went boarding and I went hard.... when I got home I was so tired I couldn't even keep my eyes open. I was in bed by 10 and off to dream land. My best advice is to go out and do something active, tire yourself out! |

There are two ways of dealing with this problem...
1. Accept the fact you are nocturnal and start to do your activities during such times. I'm the same way so I've got jobs that are middle-of-the-nighters. Feels completely natural for myself to be up all night and sleep during the day. 2. Start heavily drinking beer at 6:00pm, roughly finishing one every 15 minutes, or, if you can't handle that, at least 30 minutes. I guarantee that you'll be passed out by midnight. :smoke1: |
