ya but paper will tell you we play better on the road, in particular in minnesota.

Honestly i don't think we played very well in the first game of the series, but tonights game we played a solid road game.

Almost flawless in my opinion. We capatalized on our Power Play.

minnesota broke down. we became better the the neutral zone but really didn't play our best imo. lemaire fucked with his lines a little too much and killed his offence.

gaborik still had his way with ohlund most of the night, he just didn't have anyone to outlet to like walz. definesively we were weak on positioning, the wild cycle well (like us) and our forwards havent gotten a handle on thier system yet. very good power play for both teams, it kinda sucked that the ref's decided this one. goaltending for both teams was very unimpressive.

..but from looking at it it would have still been a 1-0 affair. look at the fucking shots. i really hate trap teams. i cant imagine being a wild fan and sitting through an entire season of watching the opposing team fish the puck off thier end boards.

and the may in the preskate+the first 7 seconds was pretty fucking rad. good for him. also we really shut the down the last 5 minutes which was important.

next game wild will come out big, we really need to take it to them to go up 3-1. intensity will go up 100%.

Devils were horrible, cause the players on the devils roster during that 95-2000 were better defensivly sound players.

The style may be the same in minnesota, but the quality of defensive players is not.
