One of my girl friends was telling me the other day that the menthol smokes is bad for guys cause it lowers your sperm count? Is that true?

I mean smoking REG. smokes doesn't that do the same thing to you as well?

Just wondering if anyone could clearify on this subject matter?

My understanding is that smoking in general can lower the count but imparticular smoking drugs...

lowering the count right now probably isn't a problem for most boys (not men, boys) because it's not permanent. But continued smoking of any sort will continue to decrease the number causing more permanent damage
But don't forget wearing tightie whities can do the same thing

menthol cigarettes are nasty, i took a drag the other night while i was wasted and almost puked.

i thought smoking in general made your sperm count go down, and caused impotence... isnt it on one of the pics on the cigarette packs?

i haven't heard about that, but just for you're information, smoking hardens you're blood vessels, which leads to pleasant things like heart diesase and strokes, but more importantly it also constricts the blood flowing to your penis, thus smoking can lead to impotency, which if you ask me is far worse then a low sperm count

according to the pack of smokes in my pocket smoking can cause impotence.
is that supposed to be a warning? they got hellish worse case scenario's on cig packets..gettin the impotence one with the droopy cigerrette is like winning the joke pack. it's not a warning. it's a joke

ya..it sucks goin to a party, runnin out of smokes only to recieve menthols. happened 2x at history of breaks :sick:
mind you, when fucked up on e it doesn't really make a difference so long as i'm smokin somethin.

smoking menthol is the same as smoking any other kind of cigarette except they have a minty flavour...saying that smoking menthol lowers your sperm count any more than reg. cigs would be like saying eating mints will lower your sperm count...and i highly doubt that....but meh...

read the labels, smoking is tied directly to becoming impotent. i dont think that it matters what type of smokes.

Oh cool...I'll check it out Scott...I posted about this cause the other day when we were all over at Garry's and when I was outside with Mel and Chris...Mel said something that she heard menthol is does something to you worse than reg. smokes so that's why I posted did to get some clearification :tounge1:

just cuz they dont taste like cigarettes....and its more tastey, so ppl smoke more. i was a regular menthol smoker and quit for a bit and had no problem doing it. Menthol i found wasn't extremly addictive..instead i just chewed gum and got the same minty fresh taste. but then i started back up again smoking reg/strong smokes and now i nicc out much more....and yea i duno why i do this to myself but... yea. niccin out = me extremly fatigue
