eventually... u will learn to love it that "sore" feeling in ur muscles... that means u did a good job when u worked out...
one of the objectives of working out is to almost tear ur muscles... thats where the sore feeling comes from. then after a day or two of rest... ur muscle recovers and becomes stronger/bigger. |

isn't it a good thing that you feel addicted to going? Cause seriously when I first started, it was such a pain in the ass trying to convince myself to keep up with it.
After a couple years it finally became.. well.. a daily routine.. never an addiction, but i feel obligated to go. stretch before you do any strenuous exercise. |

if you feel addicted then you're liking the working out...keep rotating excercises and programs to keep it interesting and you'll still wanna keep goin
when you start workin out your muscles have lactic acid around them (or in em, i dunno 4 sho) but as you continue to work those muscles the lactic acid subsides and so should the pain. do a quite light bike, slow with a little resistance for like 5 - 10 min b4 you leave the gym...it'll help losed up the muscle and not make it hurt like a mutherfucker |

because you put your body through stress that its not used to and it recks then the combat that it repairs and makes it bigger and strongert to prepair for the same stress |

I went all the time when I had my car...but now the gym I am joined at is just too outta the way for me so instead I run and excersise as much as I can at home. Im still paying to work out at that gym...maybe when the weather gets nicer I will get to effort to go again.
Yes your legs will hurt the most like 2 or 3 days later. |

that depends on what you are trying to do if you are trying to gain mass then you want your legs to hurt it is the sign of a good workout if you are just trying to tone them then you just wanna feel really tired after and a little sore it will always feel like you are addicted then you will just get sick of it after about 6 or 7 months atleast thats what happened to me |

the gym is great - but when seriously working major muscles - alternate
upper one day, cardio the next, then the next lower body - it's in between workouts that the muscles heal from the tears caused by workouts and that's how you get stronger and your muscles develop - so that time inbetween workout is essential - If cardio isn't a big part of your plan, give at least 24 hours for the musckle group to rest before working it again And soreness is good, it's pain that is bad! As for squats, yeah if you're just starting out your muscles should all feel sore for quite some time after working out especially if it's your first time going ever or in a while... The more u keep doing it the less you're gonna get sore, like I barely get sore at all anymore and I have a pretty intense workout program. |

I dunno, currently I do: 1st day - Pecs, triceps, abs, shoulders 2nd day - biceps, forearms, back 3rd day- legs about 6 days a week. and cardio almost every day (i got alot of spare time on my hands right now...) |

depends on how much you work them. i cause muscle fatigue, to the point where i can barely move that muscle. it takes a week for them to heal, but its the best way to gain dense muscle and improve their overall strenght.
like you said, if you work the same muscles every day or don't give them time to heal, you actually cause them to contrict and shrink. |
