i'm using rainlander.
i like it. i haven't had any problems with it so far. you can customize certain aspects (spacing, etc) which is nice. you can set events. not sure how it would compare to others since this is the only desktop calendar i've used. |

i found this one:
http://www.desktopcalendar.tk/ it's decent...pretty customizable, compact, and not a resource hog. |

http://vapaa.dc.inet.fi/~rainy/Rainlendar.html the screenshot is ugly, but you can take that away. i find the desktop calendar is just convenient. i can set events, and they turn a different colour (or even pics.. like an airplane!) so i can be reminded if there's something i have to do, or something coming up. |

i think rainlendar is the best desktop calendar you can get.. its very small, consumes almost no resources, and is skinnable.. oh and you can also set events john 2899131 |

I recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook, and I use the calender within it....that and the one my spiffy web-designer put up on my website...but the one in Outlook ties in with e-mail and journal entries, and it has alarms, so it does everything i need......
