sig help?

I have a new pic i found that i want to put into my sig...it's saved in my documents. and i can't remember how to put it in my sig or else it's just not working for me. can someone help please?

yea i tried the img thing cause i thought you could just post it and copy the properties and use the [*img] thing...but it's not working :(
