My roomate bailed last minute, and I'm trying desperately to rent the second room in my apartment.
The apartment is very large and bright, a minute away from the bus, 15 minute walk away from Country Club Mall (Save On Foods, Buck Store, Hair Stylists, RMH Teleservices (Call Center that employs oodles of people), Sport Mart, etc.... Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Full Bathroom, Storage Closet (I've got it doubling as a chill room), and 2 large bedrooms.
Rent is $330/mo and with other bills the total cost is approx $400 a month (not including food). That includes rent, utilities, ADSL, and phone. The room is available immediately.
