This is for my friend who thinks that Windsor Ontario has a hotter average temperature than the Philippines.

Average temp in WIndsor is about 33C during the summer (5 great lakes all around) humidity is so high you HAVE TO sleep with the air conditioner on at night, or you dont sleep at all.

He's talking about the average year round temprature.
and I still think it would be hotter in the Phillipines, on the account of it being closer to the equator.
