mmm...long beach in BC is soo beautiful.
I grew up in White Rock and actually used to live in the white rock beach area, so I'm fairly partial to the east side of white rock beach (Away from the pier, strip and promenade business). The tide goes WAAAAY out there and it is perfect for sandcastles and skimboarding. |

I want to go to Long beach in bc.
All the pictures look so beautiful! But I'm very partial to the lake up at my cabin. Gates Lake, in birken bc (close to pemberton)...it's 45 minutes past whistler, and I've been going up there ever since I was a week old. I love that place. |

omg, that place is heaven on earth. and Alki is a favorite as well, arent many things better in the world than a veiw of the beautiful city on the other side of the water and sand. but.... Hunnington is an exception, better by a long shot =) |

i love long beach (green point).
rec beach. spanish banks during the day. jericho during the night. the most serene, gorgeous, and deserted beach i have been to was in north queensland, aust. there was NO ONE THERE except us, some birds, the fish, jellyfish, and aligators (there was an aligator sanctuary behind us). you could walk on the sand, without worry of glass. so so beautiful. i live a block away from the beach, but i've only been down there maybe 6x in the last 6 monthes. now that it's nicer out i'll be hitting the beach more often. stina Last edited by vesperstina; Jun 06, 03 at 01:17 PM. |
