dreaming that i was dreaming?

Ok, so heres what happened last night

The following was a dream that caused me to wake up in a panic.
I dreamt that i was dreaming, and that i kept waking up. Basically, having dreams inside of a dream, but very disturbed sleep INSIDE this dream so i was technically asleep the whole time. I realized in teh dream that iw as having ALOT of trouble wiht the constatnly waking up, and i rememebr feelin very frustrated, and it got to a point where when i woke up, i had no fucking clue what was going on, and if i was dreaming wakking up again

yeah ive had a couple of those,
i find that the wierdest dreams are the dreams that you can control what you are doing and whats going to happen next, the ones where you know you're asleep and your ok with it. trippy when you wake up let me tell you.

that was absolutely the most fucked up dream ive ever had. I coudl hoesntly not tell if i was actually awake after a while

What ur refering to is called lucid dreaming. Where you KNOW its a dream.

i tend to have dreams like that in the morning...ill wake up roll over and go right back to it......its dope.
