Finals/provincials I'm guessing :P What course and why do you have to memorize a 400 page book for? How many exams do you have to do? Luckily I only have a Math 11 final and English 12 Provincial to do muahaha :kam:. English being my best and easiest (well to me) courses.

I've been a little freaked out about the eng provincial since last year. All I remember is people running down the halls telling everyone how happy/suprised they are to get marks that for me, aren't exactly impressive. I probably should have taken into account the intelligence and/or lack of drive to succeed in the people saying this. I'm not saying that not getting a b or a is a horrible thing, for some people that is a very good mark. But for me, I get upset if I get lower than a B, especially on a subject I am good at and something as big as a provincial Exam. So yah, I kind of got freaked out untill I took some practice/past examsand saw how easy they were. So, especially with the amount of studying I'm still doing, I better fucking get a very good mark :P

I'm also not too angered by the amount of studying. I just remind myself that these will be the last test I'll have to take not only on these subjects but highschool period. Passing these exams means FREEDOM!

Geo 12

is quite possibly the easiest exam.


Here's a tip : Juts do all the exams from the previous 7~8 years (Multiple choice only if you want) and you should get 90%+ on that part. They just recycle the questions, and after every several years they just reuse the questions again.

Physics mark : -50%

transfered into Geo : 87%

helps alot.


EDIT : My Math teacher was an Ass Clown. 50% going into the exam, I got 68% on it. My teacher was like "I'm being hard on purpose so the exam will be easy for you"

Provincials are easy i had like 5 of them, didn't really study for them and did good on most of them. But now i kinda wish i studied more than i probably would have done really good.

they actually have to be somewhat harder on you. they can get into trouble (at least for math anyways) if their class marks aren't similar to their class provincial marks. but this goes with the whole class, not just one or two people.

but it's okay, my school counsellor told me i would never pass math and i'm too stupid to take it, and i passed with 61%. now, that's not the best mark but that class was fucking hard. and not to mention i was sick for half the trig unit (which is the biggest unit) and it was hard catching up and what not.. so i'm happy with that mark. i'm going to retake it though..


the other provincials aren't really that hard at all. i had the history one, was pretty nervous before (only because it was the first provincial i was doing and i wasn't quite sure what to expect). the english is pretty easy as well. we do mock prov's every friday in my class and i've done pretty good one most of em. my teacher also marks provincials during the summer so he marks ours the same way (which helps).

thankfully i have only one prov to do this term. woo! after thursday i'm done and graduated :P

im sooooo fuckin stressed bout my law final day after 2morrow, (tues) that, and im in video fuckin arts, which is one of those courses u take for the credits then realize its hard, and i gotta pull it together in that, and STUDY, and i have until thursday to pull it all off :soak: or else im not gonna walk across that stage. i feel all of your pain. Good luck to every1 tho! We all need to party guilt free this summer.... so study study! :284:

at the very beginning of the year until right up to your exams, teachers try to make out provincial exams the hardest tests inthe world. they aren't even that hard unless you've slacked off all year and haven't been paying attention. if you know how to write an essay and read questions properly, you will get an A on your english exam. you will do worse if you cram all in one night. it's important to focus and not stress about it.

toot toot! I have the periodic Table burnt into my head. Im packing Eng 12,
Chemistry 12, and Biology 12, and Spanish 12 I'll be lucky to get out of this alive,If there was a provincial for Philosophy I would really reconsider my
studing habbits, seeing as I have none I feel like in digging myself into a hole.
