oh shit. that exam is so frickin' easy.
just remember your buzz words. the markers love shit like that. you know sustainable development uhh.. that's all i can remember. but just try to remember words that you heard a lot of, then use those in any essays that you have. in the correct context of course. if i were in van, i'd probably offer to help you study, since i've helped quite a few friends with this particular exam (to success!). but i'm not. so yeah... go study the old provincials if you can. they tend to reuse a lot of questions. it's on the ministry of education webpage, which you can look up yourself. |

Very easy.
I seriously crammed for that exam (not advisable to take 7 provincially examinable courses in grade 12! you have NO time to stay sane!) and I ended up scoring 93%. If you know your stuff and you study (because there is lots of termimology, it is definitely advisable to use flashcards!) ...stress less about provincials though! For the most part I would say they are pretty darn easy, and you can do well enough if you know what to expect (like with the english exam, it's always 10 grammar questions, a poetry study, a general essay, etc.) and then just beef up on things you know really well. You've already proven you do better than you think because you did really well on your english provincial, right? With geo, my best reccomendation would be to go get some index cards and make at least 60-100 of them and draw lots of diagrams..you'll do fine, it's really easy! M |
