What is the stupidest thing that you have done and survived?
Mine would have to be going for fresh tracks at Whistler on my new powder board, flying towards some trees and I see a small booter and aimed for it.
I fly off the booter not knowing what was on the other side (I assumed there would be a landing since there are trees there) , look down and almost shit my pants as I realize I was about 40-50 feet off the ground as I just lept into a bowl. Since there was 3 feet of fresh pow I did a controlled wipeout landing and walked away from that and gave Ski Patrol shit for not marking off the cliff. Right after that a crazy Japanese snowboarder did exactly what I did as he followed my line but he landed on his chest. I'm sure the chairlift crowd enjoyed the show. |

stupidest thing i've done by far:
i used to be a little pyro back in the day. that is, until i nearly blew off all the fingers on my right hand and half the hearing in my right ear. was lighting some modified firecrackers and didn't realize the wick had burned through but didn't catch. it was dark and being the stupid little shit that i was, didn't bother to check the wick. i lit the sucker and was just about to release it when KABLAMO....a whole lot of pain and burning. a horendous ringing in my right ear and a fuckload of blood. trenched my fingers right to the bone. i was lucky. i learned my lesson. edit: agreeing with senior Last edited by Goat; Jul 22, 03 at 05:54 PM. |

240KMPH+ in a Ford Torus SHO, basicly NewWest to white rock in 15min.
Or going to the first Sun Kissed. Too Much sun, RedBull, MDMA, 2CB, DXM, Caffien, Mushrooms, Meth, Pseudophedrine, Ephedrin, topped of with a lot of drinking. Yes count that 10 different drugs. I heard rumors I got with some very young girl that night, one of the rumors was I gave her drugs for sex. I know the last one did not happen, and I don't think other is all that right. |

160km/h on the road all the way back from mile 36 after drinking all night.
i lost control twice one time doing a 180 and almost hittin the moutian, and the other got sideways for about 100 metres and managed to correct it. i got to squamish from that party in about 20 minutes. i almost fell asleep on the sea to sky about 5 times, each time i caught myself as i was drifting into the other lane thats only one of the things i remember...im sure ive done dumber things but just can't remember because i became a raver. |

Cliff jumping at White Cliff Park the summer of grade nine. There's this one big cliff that some kid died on a while back. One of the boys I was with told me I wouldn't be able to make it or some shit like that. Me being me I had to prove that I could. I'm pretty sure I was about 2 inch’s away for the rock the whole way down. But it was sweet no one was expecting me to do it and none of the other boys would try and jump it. That was such a good day.
