What happened to the rave scene!!!!!

i hv noticed that raves hv been far less than last few years....whats happening??? i wanna no why ppl stop going rave...

there is also one problem i found in most parties!!!..... females ar getting less and less. its like every 5 males hv to share one female........j/k :284:

Im new to the rave scene myself and I dont think its the newbies that ruin it. I think that people dont know how to party anymore and its getting to be hurt. my first rave I had a blast and so did my friends. It all has to do with who shows up to make it good. If none of your friends show up its hurt for u and u have a different opinion. If all of ur friends show up its gonna be a nite to remember. All in all it could all come down to how drugged up people are. If people had or have a shitty time with Raves now they should stop raving and thats it.

My opinion is three fold...

First there is the issue of growing up and yer party crew diminishes in size as they move on and find other things to do (notice I didnt say better ;) ) So thus you dont have as much fun as you used to....UNLESS you decide to get to know these newbies that are constantly entertaining the scene...the scene is evolving...evolve with it :D

Secondly...there have been a lot of parties this summer so much in fact that on one particular week I can think of three going on the same day...and those are the ones I was aware of so just imagine :|

Thirdly...recently and probably will have a lot more effect in the nearby future...clubs in van are open until 4am now, and there are always good club nites you can go to instead for the of age crowd, where you dont have to worry about sneaking alcohol in or whathave you ;)

So those are just my thoughts in why the rave scene may appear to be dieing...altho I dont see that here on the island...especially considering we have SuperSonicTransportation Augst23rd, Dizzierable August 30th, and Island Style Sept4&5th coming up....craziness...Im ready to party w00t w00t
