ICQ/Computer help needed!

ok...my dad is screwing with the comp again...and now when i try to load ICQ, a window pops up saying :

"ICQ Failed to Initialize the Communication Module."

does anybody know what this means??

i know it doesn't have to do with ICQ(at least i don't think so)...i think it has something to do with my pc..

has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it??

try running the dadta base convertor...

if that doesnt work, dont uninstall icq.. re-install it over the orginal directory

if that doesnt work, run data base convertor again.

if that doesnt work.. i dunno
