Check out the picture in his gallery of the family - the "original picture" seams to be the fake one. When you click on one of the noses the "roll over the image to see original" the noses look like they are plastered on - not real at all.

Am I missing something here?

He probably touched up the "original photos" as well to make the contrast between the two seem stronger. Like before and after pictures.. before the person has no makeup, bad lighting, looks sad haha, then BABOOM you use a hair product and your makeups done, the lightings better and you ahve a big ass smile on your face. They totally exagerate BOTh sides to make the "after" to look even better.
