I HAVE TO AGREE!

i had my visual communication class today and it was amazing.. i got to express myself in an abstract form with color. totally cool. i feel so honored to actually be able to do things i love doing.... maybe not my english class tomorrow but 1 bad class outta 6.. not bad AT ALL. just knowing im one step closer to my future dream feels amazing.

the BEST thing is buying supplies.. everything i buy.... i love and it gives me an excuse to buy it. hellz yea. I GOT FANCY PAINTBRUSHES! yay

yes at cap..... it friggen rocks. and cause the class is so small, we all know each other already for the most part.
i get excited about waking up early and stayin at school until really late..... never thought this would happen.

oh man it just gets better and better! my visual communications teacher decided to go on a field trip next week to jericho...why? because "jericho is pretty and its nice out!" LOL

and today in english we had to go buy our readings and there's a book called "the pornographers poem" and its a great book (i haven't read a book since who knows when and today ive been reading it for about 2 hours now). learning about porn in english and supposly on friday in my drawing class i get to draw nekkid ppl! this is too cool.

i read pornographers poem two years ago cause my brother was taking an english course and had to read it an referred it to me. its a good book.
and i kno what you mean. art history... 2 gallery trips...
drawing class we started out with basics.. which was slow... but we get the naked people in 2 weeks.. boo-yah. and shit man, printmaking is exhillerating.

^^i love how when the teacher referred the book to us no one giggled or anything as if it was from highschool there would be smirks and giggles all over the plae. teheheheh porn..tehehehe reading a book about a pornograper. being in an adult environment is totally different and it feels nice to know everyone is pretty mature..AND ARTISTIC!

Funny, I was at a party in E. Vancouver a few weeks ago and I was in the livingroom with this guy and we were listening to my home-made dance mix CD, and he said he had to go to Paris to do some signings for his book, and he was a little concerned there might some kind of new terrorist act. It was Michael Turner, he wrote The Pornographer's Poem.

There were a few ppl there who went to Emily Carr about 10-15 years ago, I guess he knows them somehow. Very nice guy, he looks a little older than in pictures I saw on WWW. Apparently he likes to go to schools if they want to talk to him about his book, so maybe you will get to meet him. I need to read that book too, and his other one Hard Core Logo.
