I eat sushi all the time.
use alot of wasabi thinkin' I'm pretty hard for eatin' wasabi. Then one day I go to Royal Oak sushi by metrotown. Thos fuckers have REAL wasabi, not the fake ass canadian shit. That shit made me fuckin' choke/cough/sneeze/die. Is wings still there ? I want a comparison. |

mmm... i love hot wings... these sound maybe a little tooo hot, but I am still down for trying one... though i dont know if i could do more than that... i am fairly good at eating hot food - at this one place i ate this super hot pepper so i could win a prize - i did it, but afterwards i regretted it as my mouth burnt for over an hour... and all i won was a watermelon which i hate... ah well...

Yeah, "Wings" is one of my favorite spots too... they've got one on Granville at Davie (in the howard johnson), the other location is in surrey.
Had the wings of fire (the waiver ones)... i can polish off about 4 before giving up. They're pretty out-there! The first time I tried it was the hottest though... i could only finish 1. (and i'm one of those guys that talks shit about how hot I like my food)... i got served. The cook brought it out to my table with this big grin on his face (i guess the waitress made some comment to him about how confident i was & punished me for it) They do have a ton of other flavours too... try the Pinapple Curry ones. oh, and not to sound like i'm advertizing for the place, but every day from 2-6pm the wings are $0.39 (there are cheaper ones out there, but these aren't your typical little turd wings with no meat on them), and on game day's pitchers of their house ale are $10. Not bad for downtown! |

Yah, i love wings its such good value for how much you get. I tried one of the hottest ones and id have to say they probably arent the hottest but they are hot enough to not have any flavor except hotness. i only ordered one, im not sure how many i could eat. I say another competition is in order haha.

I always wanted to go and try their wings, but something always pervents me from going its weird. I'm gonna try to go sometime next weekend, I wanna try one of their hot wings, I know its hot, but I still wanna try it. Alittle burning never hurt anybody, I just need a pitcher and some butter to go with it.

A guy from work dared me to eat one. When they made me sign the waiver I was thinking "a little over the top, it's just a hot wing". The second the sauce hit my mouth I almost threw up. I started to sweat , tears poured out of my eyes , me ears got really hot , i felt nauseous and it felt like my face was on fire. A lot of crackers bread and milk later .... i was ok. Haha, surrey.
