the place in richmond is strangly really good...they aren't that well known yet, so its still pretty cheap there.. around 10 of my friends got tattoos for grad and they all had them done there and the artists there are great. its across from sears (richmond center) on the other side of number 3 rd.
id or no id.. i think they're on and off..sadly. and a good place on the body to get a tattoo done for a gal..definately front pelvic area and goin down..covered when ure wearing pants...its so sexy. other than that... i like the traditional lower back. |

IF you dont mind making it out to new west then the Dutchmen is a really good choice. In van theres Funhouse which is especially good if you get asian tattooe i.e dragons etc.. Next Body Piercing is a decent place. WorldClass tattoos is a decent place as well and lastly Sacred Heart but i wouldnt suggest this palce due to their high hourly rates ($130/hr) and that they dont really give deals. Depends what kind of tattoo your gettin though. If your getting a chinese character or something simple just go anywhere thats not hurt. As for the id thing, they dont ask you

He won't give you an hourly charge, he'll just quote for the tatty as a whole and you'll know the cost right away.
Trust me man, this guy is awesome and he's a personal friend too. When you call him tell him that Shawn sent you and he'll probably give you an even better deal. For comparison on prices let's see: My tatty - 2 and a half hours of work for a grand total of 50 bux. My nipple piercing - 20 bux with jewellry CHEAP!!!! |

the dutchman is definitely a good place, but they're quite strict on the ID front. (i went there when i was 17, got a drawing done, and when i went to my appt., they refused to do it cause i wasn't of age)
next is a great place! i got mine done there by josh. he's the guy that did the summerlove design. |
