Any interest for a dance/party?

Hey guys....

Would there be any interest from anyone on here for a dance event at a local North Van Hall? I am planning on setting something up. It would be on a much smaller scale than the big parties(I'd be happy with 200 people ;) )Tickets would probably be about 5 bucks. It would only go from 7pm to midnight at the latest. I'm thinkin this would attract more attention to the "teen" crowd, since it would end early. I know I would be the main DJ (I play mostly mainstream trance, house and club remixes, aswell as a bit of hip-hop and rap) Would anyone care to join me and throw in a set?

Edit: this venue would be very strict on drugs, drinking and fights. None of it would be tollerated. I assume this would lose the interest of most people.. :(

Thoughts? Opinions?

Planned date: November 21st (Pre-party for NRG?)
Tickets: 5 bucks @ the door.
Location: less than 2 minutes from the 2ND Narrows Bridge.

I have added a hip-hop DJ to the lineup, I will be playing trance and club mixes, would you like to see a breaks DJ added to the lineup? Maybe just for a 1 hour set

techincally that's the same thing as a mini at croation centre..and plus usually the teens usually like liqs at these parties so yeah if ur willing to risk it then go for it

ok, the possible date for this would be Friday November 21st(not confirmed yet)

There is a parking lot, but it can maybe only hold about 50 cars. Otherwise you have to use the street(and some store lots) about a block down and walk up (no biggie)

Strict rules would mean that none of the following would be permitted on or around the premesis(sp?) like most events....

Ya see ravers don't dance, they get drunk and high and bitch and whine until they get frustrated enough to pick a fight with someone. I think you got it all backwards. If you're posting on F&K, you'd be better off throwing a drunken-e-tarded brawl and forbid people from dancing. That might work a little better hhmmm.....

damnit... lol... well i've already got almost 50 people confirmed that wanna go and it hasnt even been announced yet. What party is on the 21st? I think I'm still gonna go through with this. Might be holding it once every 2 months or so. So there's always next time.

On a side note. I'm looking for a hip-hop DJ who'd be interested in spinnin a set on the 21st. Anyone??
