Moose Heart?

Well my Italian family is very into hunting and tonight they had a MOOSE PARTY, and they cooked up all types of different meats from the Moose and they cooked the heart and I tryed a little bit!!! AND EEEEEEW the texture is all fucked up... I'm not impressed.. I just thought I would share a gross moment in my life with all of you... but there was lots of Wine (Vino) and I'm very drunk and I think if I was sober I would have never tried it... but I can now say

My Dad is a hunting man too and the family does eat every part of the animal...I have had moose heart, and I actually really like it...

My dad just brought home the moose meat from hunting this fall. But no moose hearts!!
