I need HELP!!
Does anyone know of a less fortunate family with a girl {or boy} that is in need of a few sweaters?
I've been cleaning out my room and have decided that I should get rid of some of my clothes, as I hardly wear any of them - I have one of those giant lawn bags filled with clothes that I no longer wear, they are all in almost new condition with the exception of a few items. So instead of donating them to big brother or something like that I'd rather find a family to give them to. I'm a small person looking for someone else that is small. To give you more info: im just under 5 feet tall, an x-small - small {xl kids} top ... short legs about a 30 well a little less. If anyone knows of any families let me know, because I would love to help some family out with keeping warm. Because I know being cold in the fall/winter is not an enjoyable experience. - Allie

that's super great that you wanna help out
but most folks that could be catorgized as less fortunate don't like to advertise their situation that's why most Christmas Hamper type programs you never get to meet with the family you are providing for - so you might have a tough time finding folks however, that being said with the fires and floods there are a lot of donation programs going on right now to aid those families - I don't have a phone number - but there is a Vancouver Flood relief group that could probably give you some helpful info Or perhaps contact the Union Gospel Mission and see if they have suggestions :)
