Actually, Yah it is. Personally I believe MLM is ingenious! Its for Excel Telecommunications. We are soon to be launching land lines in Canada and we are the 4th highest used long distance company in North America. You know how Telus monopolizes the residential line indistry? Thats going to be deregulated. Timing couldnt be better, as Telus is probrebly the most hated on company at the moment. When a MLM company is booming and expanding that is when you want to get involved cause your at the top and end up with downlines multiplying for years.

A guy in our company was actually recently fired from Telus, a lil over his 24th year, a little less than one year away from his retirement and pension they told him they had to lay him off basically cause they couldnt afford him. HORRIBLE! But there gonna get what they deserve!

You get two income sources, I get 5 different checks a month. Residual income from commisions, not jus from yourself but your downlines. 2- 10% and also every direct rep you bring in you get 300 - 630 dollars, and indirect reps meaning reps brought in from your direct reps 15 - 330 dollars. It depends on which possition you are in, your entry position is Managing repesentative then after you get all the qualifications which takes about 2 - 3 months you become Senior rep, then after 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 months after that, reginal director.

with mlm's all the money is made by the first 2-3 people in a province/large city.
everyone else works thier ass off to attain this huge lofty goal of matching incomes with this guy 2-5 people up on the upstream, but it's an impossible goal since it's very uncommon for any downstreams to move past anyone above them. the people up top are living off the hard work and comission of everyone under them. mlm's survival requires them to sign up new suckers, because that's the way most people make money. it's a disgusting cycle of giving people under you enough hopes and dreams to work hard enough that they will help grow your downstream. i've heard dozens of mlm's, i was over at my buddies house when his dad had a meeting and i never seen so many depressed people with fake smiles. it's dressed up as a get rich quick scheme where no one really gets rich. but every new mlm that comes along is "different" and "not like other mlms" :finger: start your own business, or go get a minimum wage job, you will make more money for less work. |

Yah upstreams will always make more coin than you. As for your thoughts on new representatives not making anything not with this company. Check out this book: The New Excel Phenomenon: "The Remarkable Story of the Communication Company, the Opportunity it Offers, and What it Means" written by James W. Robinson. The author isnt affiliated with the company what so ever, he actually criticizes the majority of MLM companies out there. Such as Amway, Quickstar, and other companies like that. His review of Excel is nothing but possitive.
