what has electronic music done for YOU?
How has electronic music transformed your life? for better?or for worse??Can u imagine what your life would be like without electronic music?!
Electronic music has changed my life for the better, i was lost without and when i found it i found myself. If i hadnt been introduced to the d and the b my life would be shit, filled with meaningless music, and people. INPUT. |

electronic music made me 100 times better at beatboxing. back in the day, i was strict;y hip hop, but now i'm beatboxing jungle and breaks and shit, (very complex shit to beatbox) and that made the simpler stuff 100 times easier to do. plus i can throw crazier shit into my hip hop beats, thus diversifying my range of sound. THANK YOU, ELECTRONICA!!

Hmm... what hasn't it done to/for me...?
Made me dance Made me money Lost me money Made me a social outcast Made me socially elite (amongst the same group of people, no less :toasted: ) Made my imagination go wild Made me cynically irrespressible Made me chill Made me weep Made me hyper (hypa! :tounge1: ) Made me horny Made me take risks Made me furious (DAMN YOU, Ian van Dahl! ) but most of all.... It made me love living! :smoke1: |

Before i went to my first "rave" i was always a shy guy. Early in high school i did listen to electonic music if you really count (Robert Miles, 666, Brooklyn Bounce). Since my first rave flaing away on e i opened up and i am no longer that shy guy. If you dont know me i still come off as a quiet guy but i am not shy to do anything now.

It allowed me to continue going out and dancing and having fun, as well as introducing me to a lot of new people, some of whom have become some of my closest friends. Unfortunately the type of music I used to go out and dance to has fallen by the wayside, and I'm not much a fan of most "popular" music, so without electronica I would likely have had to hang up my dancin' shoes. Plus, I'm a bit older than most in "the scene", and I think that exposure to a lot of younger people has keep my feeling younger as well.
